We apologize, but this year there will be no organized conference hotel (i.e., no hotel with preferred rates for CAV attendees). However, there are numerous available accommodation options in the area (see below), and hence we expect that finding accommodation will not be a problem. We also made a limited number of rooms at NYU dorms available for participants.

Dorm Rooms

The organizers of the conference have secured a limited amount of low-cost housing space in a dormitory of New York University. The single rooms are organized in suites of two rooms that share a bathroom. The cost will be $100 per night. The rooms are available from Friday 12 July through Sunday 21 July. All rooms will be located in NYU’s Palladium Hall which is within short walking distance from the conference venue. You can reserve a room through the conference registration system. Room rentals are not cancellable. If you do not arrive, or arrive late or depart early, no portion of your fees can be refunded.
